This kit converts 1986-'21 883cc and 1200cc HD Sportster models to 1250cc displacement. No machining or rebalancing is required. Kit contains forged flat topped 3-9/16" bore pistons with coated piston skirts, S&S 3-9/16" bore cylinders, MLS head gaskets, base gaskets, exhaust gaskets, assembly lube, and instructions. 883 cylinder heads may not be used with this kit. For the best performance CNC head porting, performance cams, exhaust and intake upgrades are recommended.

The S&S Cycle 1250cc Conversion Kit, part number 910-0691, converts select 1986-2021 883cc and 1200cc Harley-Davidson Sportster models to 1250cc displacement. The kit is designed for installation without machining or rebalancing and includes forged flat-top pistons with coated piston skirts, S&S 3-9/16-inch bore cylinders, MLS head gaskets, base gaskets, exhaust gaskets, assembly lube, and instructions. This version features a wrinkle black finish.

Fitment includes the 2009 Harley-Davidson XL883N Iron 883; 2010-2011 Harley-Davidson XL1200X Forty-Eight and XL883N Iron 883; 2012 Harley-Davidson XL1200V Seventy-Two, XL1200X Forty-Eight, XL883L SuperLow, and XL883N Iron 883; and the 2013 Harley-Davidson XL1200V Seventy-Two. The supplied fitment information also identifies the kit for 1986-2021 883cc and 1200cc Sportster models. Verify the specific motorcycle application before installation.
