The QuadBoss 414959 Expandable Universal CV Boot Repair Kit is designed for quick CV boot replacement on compatible Polaris powersports vehicles. The boot slides and expands over a reusable cone tool, helping simplify replacement without removing the axle. The replacement boot kit does not include the cone tool.
The flexible boot material is designed to remain flexible in extreme cold and hot temperatures. Two clamping diameters help provide a suitable fit across compatible applications, with an expanded small end of 25 mm and large end of 80 mm, and relaxed small and large ends of 16 mm and 67 mm. This kit is intended as a practical repair option for use in the garage or on the trail.
