The HJC RPHA 91 Modular Helmet combines advanced materials and innovative features to provide superior protection, comfort, and versatility for motorcycle riders. Crafted with a shell made from carbon-aramid fiber, carbon fiber, glass fiber, organic non-woven fabric, and natural linen fiber, this helmet offers enhanced shock resistance while maintaining a lightweight profile for extended wear. The shell's construction ensures durability without adding unnecessary weight, making it suitable for a variety of riding conditions. The helmet’s design emphasizes aerodynamics and reduced wind noise, with a streamlined profile achieved through a close-fitting chin bar with dual-axis pivot mechanism that minimizes air resistance and enhances stability at high speeds. This feature also allows the chin bar to retract easily for quick helmet donning and doffing, providing convenience during frequent stops or quick take-offs.
The HJC RPHA 91 includes the HJ-37 Visor, which is Pinlock® 120XLT® prepared to prevent fogging and offers 99% UV protection with an anti-scratch coating for durability. The dynamic multi-step sun visor can be swiftly activated via a bottom-positioned mechanism, allowing riders to adjust shading up to 10 mm closer to their face for optimal comfort and clarity. The visor’s design ensures clear visibility in varying light conditions, and the anti-fog coating maintains crisp vision in foggy or humid environments. Surrounding the visor are eyebrow vents that facilitate effective defogging and ventilation, helping to regulate temperature and prevent visor fogging during rides.
Inside, the helmet features HJC’s premium fit interior with anti-bacterial, moisture-wicking fabric that dries quickly and promotes comfort during long rides. The interior includes 3D contour cheek pads, which are interchangeable across all sizes for a personalized fit, along with removable and washable crown and cheek pads to facilitate easy maintenance. For added safety, reflective materials are integrated into the helmet’s design to enhance visibility during low-light conditions. The helmet is compatible with the Smart HJC 2nd Generation system, which is seamlessly integrated into the helmet structure for balanced weight distribution and optimal aerodynamic performance. This smart system is designed for compatibility with various HJC models like the RPHA 71, RPHA 91, RPHA 31, and i71, and is co-developed with SENA, though all devices are sold separately.
