Restore top-end performance with the Cylinder Works 30011-K01 Standard Bore Cylinder Kit for select Kawasaki KX450F motocross motorcycles. This complete kit features a 96.00 mm standard-bore cylinder matched with a Vertex high-compression piston kit designed for a 12.5:1 compression ratio. The matched components support dependable performance, long service life, and reduced engine noise while maintaining a stock-style appearance.
The Cylinder Works cylinder is nickel silicon carbide plated for improved durability and wear resistance. The kit includes the cylinder, piston kit, and required gaskets for a complete top-end replacement. No machine work is needed for installation when used with the applicable standard-bore configuration. The top-end gasket kit does not include valve stem seals, so those components should be replaced separately if required during service.
Designed as a direct replacement for the original standard-bore cylinder, this kit fits 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2012 Kawasaki KX450F models. Cylinder Works replacement pistons, gaskets, and ring sets are also available for future maintenance. Verify engine configuration and fitment before installation to ensure compatibility with your motorcycle.
