BOYESEN Watercraft Power Reeds, Size 24, are performance-enhancing OEM replacement reed petals designed for compatible Yamaha watercraft applications. The patented dual-stage design combines a lightweight, resilient top reed with a stiffer, ported bottom reed to support crisp throttle response at low-to-mid RPM and increased airflow at higher RPM.
The multi-port bottom reed creates additional channels for the intake charge, helping increase charge velocity to the intake ports. The dual-stage reeds work together across the powerband, responding quickly and accurately to changes in engine pressure for quicker acceleration, crisper throttle response and increased horsepower. The design also allows replacement of the stock reed stop with a Rev-Plate, permitting the reeds to open freely and function efficiently.
