The ARAI Helmets Signet-X features a long oval shape, specially designed for riders with a narrow head and a more pronounced forehead. Its enhanced EPS liner increases front-to-back space while reducing side-to-side width, providing a snug yet comfortable fit. The innovative Variable Axis System (VAS) shield mechanism improves the shell’s shape and offers seamless, intuitive shield operation with a larger latch for easier handling. The VAS shield system lowers the pivot point by approximately 24 mm, resulting in a smoother shell surface at the temple area, which helps absorb impact energy during a collision. This design not only enhances safety but also contributes to overall aerodynamic performance.
Constructed with Peripherally Belted - Super Complex Laminate Construction (PB-SCLC), the Signet-X shell combines multiple materials and advanced techniques to deliver durability, lightweight performance, and affordability. The helmet is equipped with QVF three-position intake and QVR exhaust ducts, ensuring optimal airflow even when the front shutter is closed. The side exhaust vent remains active to maintain proper ventilation, reducing heat buildup during riding.
