The ALPINESTARS Bionic Tech v3 Jacket in Medium provides ventilated, flexible protection with a race-proven base layer construction. It features dual-zone chest and back protectors with rigid central zones, flexible soft compounds around the perimeter, and soft bio-foam padding. Highly perforated impact grids and ventilation apertures help channel heat away from the chest while supporting airflow through the protective structure.
The removable chest protector uses an adjustable shoulder strap system, a magnetic quick-release buckle on the left shoulder, and adjustable V-belts routed through the ventilated rib guards. This V-shaped securement distributes tightening force across a wider area of the back protector for a more adaptive and comfortable fit. Rib guards add coverage in critical areas, while strategically placed EVA foam padding on the upper arms and chest provides improved roost defense. V-straps on the lower forearm help customize the fit and keep the elbow protector securely positioned.
The anatomically profiled back protector is flexible and highly ventilated. The Bionic Tech v3 Jacket is BNS compatible through its removable puck panel and elasticated BNS pull tabs. The floating chest and back protectors and rib guards can be detached from the base layer for easy washing. The waist strap is not attached to the back protector.
