The ALPINESTARS AST v2 Air Jacket in 2XL is a motorcycle riding jacket constructed from hard-wearing 600 Denier poly-fabric with strategically placed mesh panels on the front, back, and arms for airflow performance. Stretch panel inserts are designed to accommodate the Alpinestars Tech-Air® 5 airbag system, allowing expansion when the system inflates while supporting an anatomical fit when the system is not fitted.
The jacket features removable Nucleon Flex protectors in the elbows and shoulders, with GP Lite material on the shoulders for abrasion resistance. Chest and back pad compartments include comfort padding and can accommodate Alpinestars Nucleon back and chest protectors available as accessory upgrades. Pre-curved sleeves support comfort in the riding position, while sleeve volume adjustments help personalize the fit and maintain elbow protector positioning.
An elongated rear profile, hook-and-loop D-ring waist adjustment, zipped external hand pockets, and textile comfort edges on the collar and cuffs contribute to riding comfort and practical use. Reflective details support visibility, and auto-locking zippers provide durable closures. The manufacturer part number and vendor part number are both 3306121-155-2X. Fitment is for motorcycle riding and is designed to accommodate the Alpinestars Tech-Air® 5 airbag system.
